About the Owner Eric Neal, the owner and founder of ENCO Plumbing began his love of plumbing under his Grandfather, Buck Whitmire, at a very young age. Buck taught Eric how to properly use tools and what tools were best for the job. Eric officially started his plumbing career with Milton B. Levy Plumbing, where he could see himself owning his own plumbing company someday. Eric has also worked for Reeves Plumbing, Don Dooly, and Pearson Tempo gathering greater and better knowledge of plumbing through his young and growing career. Eric developed his plumbing education even further under Charlie Waite, then owner of Dial 1 Waite Plumbing. Then, Eric learned the art of leak detection and location under TCS Plumbing which was the last stop he made before starting his own company. Eric Neal Co or better known as ENCO Plumbing was founded by Eric Neal in November of 1994 with one van and running the business out of his home. Eric has now established ENCO as one of the best plumbing companies in the DFW Metroplex servicing such customers as the Dallas Cowboys, Lincoln Property Management Company(LPC), Perry Guest Company and Texas Family Fitness. Eric is now in business with his son Richard Neal who has worked for Eric for over 15 years.
