EnCorps Inc. believes in workforce readiness and teacher training to promote high quality STEM learning. We are a Los Angeles-based nonprofit with operation in California. We connect public school students with STEM professionals who are passionate about science, technology, engineering and math. 

EnCorps offers three key programs: 

1. EnCorps STEM Teachers Program - The EnCorps STEM Teachers Program supports STEM professionals ready to explore a career-change to STEM Teaching as an innovative, long-term solution to the STEM teachers shortage.  Placements are targeted to aid the nationwide lack of math and science proficiency in middle and high school students.

2. EnCorps STEMx Tutors Program - The EnCorps STEMx Tutors Program aims to increase middle school math proficiency and confidence in math by offering online tutoring by an EnCorps STEM expert. STEM professionals and college students have an opportunity to share their passion for math with middle school students who may not have equitable access to a high-quality STEM education.

3. EnCorps CTE Mentorship Alliance Program - Our CTE training is designed to help school districts with the transition for new teachers to get from the board room to the classroom with ease. Our experienced experts offer pedagogical tools to help organize and structure new CTE teachers into high school classrooms.
