The Energy Coordinating Agency (ECA) is a nonprofit organization based in Philadelphia that specializes in delivering energy efficiency services to residential buildings. Since its founding in 1984, ECA has helped improve the energy profile of more than 45,000 buildings. It administers energy efficiency programs on behalf of utilities and government, including the Home Comfort program, the Weatherization Assistance Program, the LIHEAP Crisis program, and the City of Philadelphia Heater Hotline; the Knight Training Center within ECA is the state's largest and most credentialed energy efficiency training facility, certified by the U.S. Department of Energy for Weatherization training and was the first Building Performance Institute affiliate in Pennsylvania, offering credentials in more than 30 areas. 

ECA supports energy parity for low- to moderate-income residents while maintaining a leadership role in clean energy training.
