Engage! Cleveland's mission is to attract, engage and retain emerging professionals and leaders to Greater Cleveland by connecting up-and-coming talent, employers, and civic and non-profit organizations.

Our vision is that by 2030, Cleveland will be a top destination for emerging professionals to live, work and have fun.  We will accomplish this by:

• Serving as the central coordinating point for all emerging professionals, emerging professional groups and initiatives
• Providing services to employers and non-profits to help them attract and retain emerging talent
• Serving as the convener and coordinator of opportunities to foster engagement of young professionals in the community

Emerging Professionals are considered to be the key to future metropolitan and economic growth, and have been and will continue to be an integral element to organizational and community success.
