The Portland Chapter of Engineers Without Borders-USA (EWB-USA) is a group of professionals committed to volunteering in support of the EWB-USA mission and vision. Our volunteers include architects, engineers, public health professionals, medical professionals, media specialists, teachers and more.

Many of our volunteers work on EWB Portland projects or serve as mentors to university students. Others serve on, or in support of, the Steering Committee by assisting with fundraising events, chapter meetings, project assistance, publicity and volunteer coordination.

Our success comes from building long-term collaborative relationships with our host communities, local universities, businesses, nonprofits, and professional organizations. Together we can make the world a better place, one community at a time.
