In 1913, Dr. Newton Thomas Enloe opened Enloe Hospital. Located in downtown Chico, California, it had 25 patient beds, three doctors and five nurses. Now, more than 100 years after its founding, Enloe has transformed into Enloe Health. Offering a 264-bed hospital, providing a Level II Trauma Center, staffing the only hospital-owned and operated air medical service in the California, and offering an array of medical services, our priority remains our community and our caregivers.
