Since inception in 1980, ENPLAN has led the region in the implementation of cutting-edge environmental planning and geospatial technologies.  

Our firm pioneered development of analytical methods for environmental impact assessment and integrative mitigation under CEQA and NEPA. This occurred well before definitive guidelines were formulated and the courts resolved the multiplicity of regulatory gaps following the legislation. We have always held true to the original intent of these and other foundational environmental laws, including the responsible development of viable mitigation measures requisite to the preclusion of adverse impacts. This commitment has led our environmental team to recognition throughout the North State for expert compliance documentation and trusted permitting support.  
Our public agency clients include federal, state and local governments, as well as community services, resource conservation and school districts. Industry clients include engineering firms along with organizations specializing in land development, real estate, energy production, mining, recreation and agriculture. Over 600 public and private sector clients have been served since 1980.
