Steve is a licensed EOS® Implementer and a dynamic speaker on the topic of Management Blueprints, that help business owners and CEOs that are concerned about slow growth, disappointed by the low level of profitability or frustrated with having to work long hours in the business.  Other clients are looking to build a sustainable business, that the owner can transition to succession employees or ultimately sell in an auction process.

Steve's mission is to help companies brake through the ceiling without having to sell to investors, or hire high-paid consultants or seasoned executives.  He achieves that by aligning key employees around a vision, creating clarity, accountability and a culture of execution across the company, while forging key associates into a leadership team that can take the business to the next level of growth.
