EOM Offshore designs and manufactures specialized mooring systems and components for ocean research, renewable energy, and defense applications. Founded in 2009 by scientists and engineers from Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution (WHOI), we are the exclusive licensed distributor of patented mooring stretch hose technology — enabling stable, long-term data and power transmission from surface to seafloor. Our 10,000 sq. ft. facility in Pocasset, MA includes high-bay manufacturing space with a 5-ton bridge crane, a climate-controlled urethane lab, electronic/assembly labs, and outdoor test space for equipment staging and hose testing. With decades of experience in coastal to full-ocean-depth mooring design, EOM Offshore provides not only components, but full systems integration and operations support.
