The Eastern Ontario Regional Laboratory Association (EORLA) is a member-owned, non-profit network that operates 19 acute-care, hospital-based clinical laboratories serving the Champlain Local Health Integration Network in Eastern Ontario. It provides diagnostic testing for hospital inpatients and outpatients, performing roughly 12 million tests annually across disciplines such as pathology, biochemistry, genetics, transfusion medicine, hematopathology, and microbiology/virology. Accredited by Ontario Laboratory Accreditation, with specialized accreditation for the Ottawa Hospital Tissue Typing Laboratory, EORLA supports patient-centered, consistent, and cost-effective laboratory services across the region.
