Epic Scan is a premiere existing conditions BIM and 3D laser scanning company. Our team is comprised of the most experienced professionals in the industry. In 1999, we purchased the first commercial laser scanning system available and have been documenting the built world ever since.

Our team has been all over the world, scanning for National Geographic, the History Channel and more. Although worldly travels are fun, we discovered the value our services provide for the A/E/C industry. A good portion of our time is spent working with architects, engineers, contractors and owners.  

Our team excels by working closely with your design team to ensure each project is successful. We go the extra mile by asking questions and understanding your project’s precise intent. This process ensures that your project starts smoothly, on time and on budget.
