The Epilepsy Foundation of Georgia is a small health-focused foundation based in Atlanta, Georgia. It is the only health agency in Georgia dedicated to serving more than 150,000 Georgians who have epilepsy and seizure disorders statewide, with a mission to improve quality of life and accelerate therapies to stop seizures and save lives. The organization supports people with epilepsy and their families through community education across all ages and a broad set of client services, while also working to reduce stigma and educate the public on seizure recognition and first aid. Its programs and services include educational programs, support groups, information and referrals, emergency medication assistance, camps, advocacy, and employment services through EFWorks. In February 2017, EFGA launched the EFWorks program in Georgia with sponsorship from UCB, Inc.
