Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group (EFHG) practices sustainable, beyond organic, environmentally friendly farming techniques to provide the Central Illinois community with fresh, nutrient-dense, local food.  By harnessing techniques such as permaculture and intensive pasture rotation, we reconnect our neighbors to their foods’ source and nurture a better understanding of food, health, and wellbeing.  

Since the company's modest beginnings in 2009, selling produce at farmer's markets and serving small dinner parties, Epiphany Farms has grown into a hospitality group with 100 acres of beyond-organic farmland, four restaurants, and six event spaces. EFHG consistently distinguishes itself as the best restaurant group in the area by providing outstanding service and hospitality, while promoting a culture of healthy, sustainable, and regenerative food sourcing. 

Now more than 190 strong, EFHG will pass 250 team members with their fifth restaurant coming in 2019. The Epiphany workplace is ethnically diverse, welcoming LGBTQ, formerly incarcerated, and all individuals who are passionate, energetic, and ready to grow a better future for themselves and the greater community. Leadership and team members continually seek to nurture each other like a family, learning and growing through exposure to different information, experiences, and perspectives. When team members grow to be better people, the value of that improvement is transmitted to the guests and beyond. Many Epiphany alumni have gone on to open and lead other businesses, building on the foundation they learned at Epiphany to become leaders in central Illinois and nationwide.
