Equinox Investments, LLC is a professional real estate investment, development and management company located in Bristow, Virginia. Our mission is to be a Northern Virginia focused entity with a primary interest in entitling well conceived communities while continuing to develop and manage our various projects.  We also assist other developers in the entitlement and development of their projects. 

Founded in 1999, Equinox prides itself in not only understanding, but listening to the needs or our community neighbors, including their sensitivity to traffic patterns, needed road improvements, environmental features, educational infrastructure and recreational needs, as well as the general 'look and feel'​ of each respective community that an Equinox project influences.

Since our inception, Equinox has entitled over 2,000 residential units, and created opportunities for over 500,000 square feet of office space and 200,000 square feet of retail space.  Our entitlement success has been made possible by our commitment to working closely with the communities that exist in and around our projects.
