Jack Turturici, Jr. is a third generation real estate executive who has sold high-end residential property from Beverly Hills to Malibu, CA for over 20 years. Turturici began in residential real estate sales with Fred Sands in Pacific Palisades, CA. Since those days in the 1990’s, Turturici has worked for nationwide firms such as Prudential Realty and Sperry Van Ness. Most recently Jack served as a Managing Director for Sperry Van Ness, specializing in buyer and seller representation of investment properties. Turturici was a founder of the Turturici Team, one of Sperry Van Ness top investment teams with more than 40 years of combined real estate experience. The Turturici Team finished in the Top 10 of all brokers Nationwide in 2 of the last 4 years. In 2015, Turturici teamed with partners and formed Equity Advisors – Real Estate Services. With 12+ years in the commercial real estate world, Turturici had become adept at focusing on Internal Rates of Return, Cost Analysis, Capitalization Rates and ROI. It was these “value” metrics that led Turturici back to the world of high-end residential homes. Turturici earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco. As a licensed California real estate broker, he is a member of the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Board of Realtors, Malibu Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. He is also a candidate for the distinguished CCIM designation. When not working, Turturici enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and taking part in outdoor activities whenever possible. They have diverse interests ranging from tennis and golf to snow skiing and motorcycle riding. They currently reside in Malibu, California.
