In 2004, eRetailing Associates entered the personalization-on-demand market with our first ecommerce custom apparel website, CustomizedGirl.com. We have since added several niche ecommerce sites with our core technology, the eRetailing Design Center, as the central focus of each.

Since our beginning, we have launched four new versions of our design center, all with a customer centric focus – we talk to our customers everyday and have built our design center based on their feedback. The result is a flexible, dependable intuitive, visual shopping application that allows for quick and easy creation of customized products.

In addition to the many customer benefits, we have developed a process for capturing the customer created design and producing a production-ready art file. We produce thousands of customized products each day and understand the needs and nuances of this process.

We see a continued growth in personalization-on-demand (mass customization) and intend to play a significant role in both the ecommerce and order management areas of this industry.

Our customers benefit from a robust, mature customization application with millions of orders processed. Our cloud based platform and source code refinements over the last 13 years have made us one of the most dependable and easy-to-use design center applications on the web.
