Erie-Western Pennsylvania Port Authority is a small government-relations organization based in Erie, Pennsylvania. It operates as a port authority along the southeast shore of Lake Erie, in a natural bay formed by Presque Isle, with a harbor entrance channel depth of 29 feet. Its mission is to promote industrial, commercial, and recreational opportunities on Presque Isle Bay and the adjacent waters. The port ecosystem includes facilities associated with the Port of Erie and O-N Minerals Erie to serve cargo shippers on the Great Lakes/Seaway System.

Its customers include cargo shippers on the Great Lakes/Seaway System and regional entities pursuing waterfront development and infrastructure. Recent partnerships—such as with Keep PA Beautiful on a cigarette-litter prevention and recycling program, with the Regional Science Consortium (RSC) on a Clean Marinas initiative, and with Redeveloperie to manage remediation and grant-seeking—illustrate ongoing collaboration to advance environmental and redevelopment objectives.
