In addition to movement, the studio provides holistic modalities such as nutrition, Structural Integration, Lymphatic Drainage, Acupuncture, yoga, meditation, fascia release and other complementary therapies, accessible to a wide range of clients, including those with injuries or special conditions.

Based in New York with studios in Tribeca and Turks and Caicos, Erika Bloom Wellness also extends its offerings through a digital platform. In 2020 the company launched a subscription service for wellness content and workouts, reflecting an effort to broaden reach beyond in-person sessions.
