E+ROSE was created to provide communities with convenient, quick service, healthy options that are made with integrity and creativity. Founded by Registered Dietitian, Robbie Nowinski, E+ROSE was the culmination of much research and experience. After spending years working with health care systems, he realized just how many people were sick and hospitalized due primarily to poor nutrition. Of the strong belief that our food choices greatly impact our health, and the desperate need for more nutrient-rich, quick service options, the solution of E+ROSE was born. Coupled with a strong background in elite athletics, the vision became not only healthy, but also delicious, functional and performance based foods in a clean, welcoming and inspiring environment. As in all we do, our name has much intention. The brand itself is a tribute to three strong-willed women. E+ROSE <ee-and-rohz> is short for Elizabeth & RoseMary, and is derived from our founder’s familial lineage – Grandmothers Elizabeth and Rose, and Mother, Mary. We utilize the + sign to indicate and remind ourselves that our sum is greater than any of us alone. As Rosemary is the “Herb of Remembrance,” E+ROSE strives to follow in these three women’s ways of life: - always taking care of others first - treating absolutely everyone with the highest amount of respect - exemplifying hard, honest work Our brand and team are committed to honoring the tribute by providing exemplary service to all who come through our doors and bringing people together over healthy, wholesome food. E+ROSE has 7 locations in Nashville and Brentwood, TN, and will soon be expanding to Atlanta, GA!
