ESC has been designing, producing and supplying piling products since the late 1980’s, and are now a leading manufacturer of cold rolled/formed sheet piles, hot rolled sheet piles, tubular piles/monopiles and combi wall systems supplying a global network Further to simply supplying products we at ESC take a different approach to piling which is orientated on the customers requirements. ESC believes that simply supplying a product is insufficient, therefore the level of support a customer receives when they are considering purchasing ESC products is unprecedented. This ranges from general advice on the client’s options to full engineering support and design, and includes necessary accessories such as painting, tie rods and other items associated with piling requirements. ESC refers to this as a piling solution. A piling solution is a performance based package that includes the entire elements essential to provide the client with a complete solution to their piling requirements, rather than just supplying a product. Simply put, rather than just selling piles, ESC considers the client’s requirements from all aspects, and then provides a solution to satisfy those needs. This may include engineering design, corrosion control, construction issues, planning or simply general advice. FAST FACTS • ESC piles are produced in accordance with the latest North American Standards (ASTM) as well as ISO 9000 quality management systems.
