At Eskins, King, & Marney, P.C. we realize that our clients come to us with problems and they seek a solution. When we started our firm we believed that all too often clients were not adequately informed, and as a result clients ended litigation feeling that their own attorney became part of the problem. It is our goal to ensure that our clients know that someone is on their side and working hard to find solutions to the problems they face.  In order to achieve this goal, communication is paramount.  We believe that all of our knowledge and experience should be brought to bear on our clients' issues and that our clients should be completely informed of the risks and benefits of the choices made during the litigation process.  It is important to us that the client is in a position to make educated decisions in order to allow the best most economical solutions.
