Espro – Ensino Social Profissionalizante is a nonprofit organization that develops professional skills for young people to support their entry into the labor market. Founded in 1979 by Rotary Club units, the organization centers its mission on social transformation through training and placement for youth. Its flagship offering is a no-cost program focused on behavioral preparation for work, complemented by free arts classes in chorus, music, dance, acting, and body percussion that support holistic development. Based in São Paulo in the Southeast region, Espro operates from the city and surrounding area and runs a national network of branches across major Brazilian cities, with regional hubs to extend reach. It serves youths aged 14 to 21 by preparing and placing them with companies through socio-apprenticeship programs aligned with Law 10.097/00.
