Essve Tech manufactures corrugated metal tubes used in precast concrete piles. For over 18 years, we've consistently demonstrated how our product saves general contractors and pile drivers time and money by pre-forming holes in Precast Concrete Piles. Our tubes are constructed from partially recycled steel that is processed into galvanized metal conforming to ASTM A653. 

Essve Tech tubes have been used in many high profile projects throughout North America, Central America and the Caribbean because of their demonstrated ability to:
          1. Save project owners, general contractors, and pile drivers time and money by eliminating the need to drill piles after driving.
          2.  Provide a stronger connection between the pile and pile cap.

Essve Tech dowel tubes are usually specified by the engineer in the concrete pile design, but in most cases may be approved as a value engineering option during the bidding process or after the project is awarded.  Essve Tech tubes are also DOT approved in many states, including Florida (FDOT), to pre-form holes for concrete pile splices.      

Essve Tech also supplies corrugated metal pipe and sleeves for a variety of other end uses including post-tensioning duct, grout sleeves, dowel pin receivers, foundation block outs, etc.  It is used in segmental bridges, precast walls, bridge girders, tilt up walls, parking decks, and many other concrete structures.
