As Lodi’s first dedicated custom crush winemaking facility, Estate Crush has the capability to manage our clients’ grapes from crush to bottle. Estate Crush is designed to handle more than 350 tons per harvest (with lot sizes down to one ton), and has the facility, equipment, staff and expertise to allow our clients to focus their time, energy and resources on building their brand and selling their wine. The state-of-the-art facility is specially designed for small to medium lot, handcrafted luxury wines and supported by a highly trained and experienced winemaking staff. Estate Crush’s entire crush pad process is contained in a sanitary indoor environment, including indoor tank storage to maximize winemaking control.
