Since 1999, Emerging Technology Centers (ETC) Baltimore has empowered over 700 startups with vital resources and funding, establishing Baltimore as a major tech hub. With the relaunch of ETC, we are committed to a renewed focus on amplifying entrepreneurship in Baltimore, utilizing crucial catalytic funding to support underrepresented founders, and becoming a pivotal community connector.

By fostering partnerships and connecting founders, talent, and resources to diverse audiences in the community, we aim to strengthen Baltimore’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, attract national attention, and position startups for exceptional growth and success.

ETC supports startups at every stage, primarily serving tech and biotech companies in Baltimore City, with a particular interest in companies led by founders of color, women, and other historically underrepresented communities.
