Operating from our purpose built distribution centre in central England, we are well placed to serve customers nationwide. Our financial stability allows us to accommodate significant stocks in our modern 32,000 square foot high bay warehouse and with efficient order fulfilment systems we are geared to provide excellent service levels. We enjoy high levels of stock availability and our accurate and speedy delivery service is second to none.

We also offer for more complex projects, the ability to produce Lighting Design schemes to meet specific commercial needs, using Relux design software. 

We continuously monitor our products and manufacturing processes to ensure that the highest standards are maintained for the Eterna Brand. Our factories carry out pre-shipment quality control checks throughout production and all finished goods received into our Wellingborough distribution centre are subject to a rigorous quality control process by our team of Quality Inspectors using AQL inspection levels.

The Lighting Industry Association (LIA) is the leading authority on the lighting industry and related technologies in the UK. Indeed it plays a major part in the development of the British and European legislation.  Our membership of the LIA allows us to stay fully informed with industry norms and standards.
