Ethos currently employs thirteen on-call employees.  Our Senior Ethics Staff members are recognized experts in the field of federal ethics and have over 200 years of collective ethics experience managing Federal agency-wide ethics programs.  Their experience prior to joining Ethos includes managing Federal Department and Agency-wide ethics programs.  During their Federal service they have won Presidential Meritorious Rank Awards, and Meritorious Award and their programs have won OGE Distinguished Ethics Program Awards and Outstanding Ethics Awards.  Our employees enjoy international as well as national reputations as experts in the field.

Ethos provides expert services to our clients to assist them with all ethics related services that are not inherently governmental.  We provide supplemental staff to handle those situations that require expert experience.

Ethos’ services include:  

- Preparation and follow-up for OGE audits; 
- Preparation and/or review of Public and Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports; 
- Preparation and/or review of agency specific ethics forms and reports; 
- Preparation of decision points for agency specific regulations and policies; 
- Preparation of procedures leading to a Model Ethics Program; 
- Preparation of documentation of disciplinary/remedial actions; 
- Preparation of a private sector compliance plans; 
- General management advice to private sector clients.
