Pursuant to a factoring agreement between the Factor and the Seller, it provides some or all of the following services, depending on the subject of the agreement:

- Collection 
- Working capital financing  
- Credit risk coverage

•Corporations that plan to sell their trade receivables with an aim to accelerate their cash flow and improve their financial structure.
