Eliminating paper from the origination is a matter of end-to-end process; every single step has to be completely restructured detail by detail, using legal, process, security and technology with an innovative approach.
Benefit for customers are huge, starting from cost reduction, coming from saving on paper, printing, archiving and research, process streamline (we estimate reduction from 5% to 10% of total network FTE in Financial Institution) and finally new marketing opportunities coming from new approach to customer with electronic signature.
Our mission is to deliver successful paperless program with the goal to eliminate from 70% to 90% of all paper managed by customers, engaging and coordinating most specialized professionals, country by country.
