Europlasma focuses on nanocoating solutions derived from low-pressure plasma technology to enhance performance across electronic materials, plastics, and industrial textiles, while maintaining a low environmental footprint. The company is based in Oudenaarde, Flanders, Belgium, and was founded in 1993; its main plant houses R&D facilities and a machine assembly hall, supported by a team of specialists. It operates internationally through a Hong Kong subsidiary for process chemicals production and distribution, complemented by a global network of agents and testing facilities in Belgium, the USA, China, and India. Europlasma has a long history in the field, having introduced the first roll-to-roll plasma machine in 1994 and the first industrial nanocoating machine in 1996, and building a patent portfolio since 2000. In 2011 it launched the Nanofics brand to reflect its growing focus on nanocoatings.
