The Evanston History Center collects, preserves, and interprets the rich history of the City of Evanston and all its people through tours, exhibits, educational programs, community events, and research facilities. Housed in a National Historic Landmark building, once the home of U.S. Vice President Charles Gates Dawes, the Center has been community-driven for 125 years.
