Evergreen Environmental was founded by Jerry W. McCandless in 1986 as an environmental consulting firm offering technical assistance and hazardous waste management services to area facilities.  

Our staff of personnel and equipment is designed to respond to emergency spill situations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at each location.  We will notify the proper authorities and manage the situation giving the client peace of mind in knowing the project will be handled according to local, state, and federal guidelines.

Maintaining a good working relationship with treatment, storage, and disposal facilities makes for expeditious approvals when clients have an emergency.  Evergreen/AES owns heavy equipment, such as backhoes and vacuum trucks, to assist project managers and other consultants with remediation or industrial cleaning projects.  The Corporate Health and Safety Director can provide health and safety compliance audits and training.

Evergreen/AES provides services involving all phases of hazardous waste pick up, liquid recycling, solid waste disposal, industrial cleaning, environmental assessments, design, investigation, and remediation services.  This experience has allowed us to act as a liaison between clients and local, state, and federal regulatory agencies when dealing with sensitive environmental issues.  We recognize that an understanding of our clients’ business plan and associated operations is necessary to effectively respond to their needs.
