Evergreen Apartment Group currently consists of a portfolio of eight apartment communities with 1,500 apartments in Delaware and Maryland. All properties have been acquired autonomously (without investors or equity partners) by the members of the Wolfgang Family, who have successfully owned and managed market rate apartment complexes since 1978. Evergreen Realty, Inc., a Delaware corporation, was founded in 1985 by Steven L. Wolfgang to provide professional property management, maintenance and construction services to the growing portfolio of Wolfgang Family properties in and around New Castle County, Delaware.

Another phase of growth and restructuring was achieved when Evergreen Realty, Inc. rebranded itself as Evergreen Apartment Group, Inc., a new Delaware corporation. The current principals of the company are Kevin M. Wolfgang, President and Chief Executive Officer, Gregory D. Wolfgang, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board, and Lauren J. Wolfgang, Esq., General Counsel.

Evergreen is acknowledged as one of the most respected, recognized and innovative property management companies in the region.
