Partant du constat qu'un CV sur 8 contient un écart majeur avec la réalité, nous permettons aux recruteurs de contrôler l'authenticité des informations comprises sur le CV avant l'embauche, en 48H. Et nous pouvons y ajouter une prise de références et un contrôle de sécurité jusqu'au casier judiciaire.

Le fonctionnement est très simple : le CV nous est transmis par le futur employeur par ATS ou par notre espace client. 48H plus tard nous confirmons les dates et intitulés de poste, type de contrat, motif de fin d'embauche. Et nous confirmons également que les diplômes ont bien été obtenus.

Nous pouvons également conduire une prise de référence auprès des anciens managers avec un questionnaire personnalisé, qui donnera une vision plus complète des compétences du candidat.
