EVOLVE Studios takes fitness beyond fads to embrace a healthier, happier way to be your best. Two studios — one near Cameron Village and one in North Raleigh — focus on providing the region’s most expert and comprehensive pilates, Gyrotonic and yoga training. Our instructors are certified and steeped in an approach that values both individual achievement and community well-being.  EVOLVE helps deliver peak physical fitness and peace of mind.

As a collective of like-minded movers and thinkers, we continue to build an organization that inspires creativity, freedom and collaboration while honoring proven technique, sound biomechanical awareness, and internal focus. We strive to guide our students, and each other, down the pathway of creating health and space in the body, mind and spirit and in doing so, demonstrate and promote an enlightened consciousness.

We offer high quality instruction in private and group settings as well as innovative teacher trainings and continuing education opportunities in Yoga, Pilates, Gyrotonic and the Movement and Somatic Arts. We strive to create a truly synergistic environment that can meet anyone, no matter their needs or abilities, to find their own form of peaceful and healing movement.
