We are still family-run to this day, and instill our family values onto our colleagues, the people we care for, their relatives and friends. As an Excelcare-family, we care for each other, offering support, openness and honesty not only to each other but also to the people who live in our care home and their extended family. We welcome each individual to become part of our family, and each treat each person with dignity and respect, regardless of their age, background or beliefs. We provide high quality, person-centred care at 30 individual and unique care homes situated in Cambridge, Essex, London and Milton Keynes. We also operate a homecare service which is based in London.
