Exceptional health is a Concierge Internal Medicine Practice based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. At Exceptional Health, medical care becomes personal again. Our objective is to keep you healthy with focus on proper nutrition, exercise and life balance. We hope to help our members achieve optimum health and wellness with concierge medical care that’s comprehensive as well as compassionate. The team at Exceptional Health is focused on providing detailed coordination and scheduling of ancillary testing, imaging or consultation with specialty physicians with attention to the needs of our patients.

Exceptional Health strives to provide excellent concierge medical care with prompt and courteous communication through phone calls, or email as specified by the member when enrolling in our membership practice. We always aim to provide respectful, kind and efficient medical care and any necessary coordination of testing or consultation.

Whether members have urgent medical issues or are managing chronic medical conditions, our goal is to provide concierge medical care that is readily accessible, with an emphasis on the comprehensive, and detailed assessment of any patient concern. Our team will function as your health advocate-quarterback to assist you in directing and managing your health care needs.
