Execution Matrix is a Phoenix-based firm in the business consulting and services industry that helps organizations identify and embed a defined purpose within their culture. Stages 1 and 2 are delivered through consulting, executive retreats, coaching, and strategic planning sessions, while stages 3 and 4 are implemented through proprietary development modules and an accompanying software platform. The modules and delivery are conducted on-site at a location chosen by the client, with all participants from the organization, on the client's timeline and with a delivery style selected by the client.
