EDI is a Pacific Northwest nonprofit based in Seattle that provides leadership development for multi-ethnic professionals. It runs two programs — Leadership Discovery for individual contributors seeking career growth, and Leadership Navigation for mid-to-senior leaders — and partners with over fifty Northwest corporations. More than a thousand alumni hold leadership roles across the region.
In Leadership Discovery, participants focus on self-discovery, cultural awareness, communication skills, and leadership education, while Leadership Navigation emphasizes the key competencies of executive leadership and the integration of cultural perspectives into an authentic style, supplemented by coaching to reinforce learning. In May 2025, EDI participated in a negotiation skills workshop in Lahore, reflecting ongoing engagement beyond its core region.
