ESC provides high-quality, accessible coaching and consulting services for nonprofits throughout Southern California. 

ESC is powered by a group of 100+ dedicated consultants who volunteer their time, experience and expertise to help our nonprofit clients work through their toughest challenges and reach their highest potential.

Our volunteer-based model allows us to offer professional, customized consulting and training to nonprofits with budgets ranging from $40,000 to $120 million, for a fraction of the cost charged by a for-profit firm.

You will get extensive training and support from our professional staff and your peers, along with a deep sense of fulfillment in using your leadership experience to serve our community through transformative consultations.

Becoming a Consultant: 3 Traits Required

1. Executive Level Experience - You have attained a senior management position in your profession with significant leadership experience

2. Availability - You have a flexible schedule and the ability to commit at least 15-20 hours per month and travel during business hours to client locations, attend training courses, and peform long-term projects for maximum impact

3. Personal Traits - You must demonstrate a client-centered and collaborative approach, active listening skills, an understanding of how to facilitate rather than direct, a commitment to client confidentiality, and a passion for helping nonprofits achieve their missions
