We are an employee recruiting agency seeking to fill Cyber Security and Healthcare positions in Southern California, or positions elsewhere, with applicants from Southern California, or as needed, from across the country. We contract with employers, not prospective recruits. We accept resumes on behalf of employers.
Positions can include Management, Executive, Administrative, Providers, Health Technologists, Medical Technology Sales, HRIS, HIT, Caregivers, and Cyber Security specialists.
We provide trained, certified and experienced cyber security programmers, or administrative, executive, and management personnel for placement into positions at health care providers'​ offices, hospitals, medical centers and software engineering companies.
Too few trained personnel enter this field of engineering, and the result is that there is a gap between the number of skilled professionals needed in the Cyber Security field and the number of personnel available to perform responsibilities. Some reports say the gap equals one million trained personnel.
Because of this problem (lack of engineers) and because of the volume of attacks that can occur in a single day, many Cyber Security firms have developed Artificial Intelligence, based on machine learning and the sharing & comparing of data on attacks to analyze the affect of each individual attack in a timely manner. This however does not alleviate the need for highly analytically trained engineers to oversee the process in any environment.
Our work bridges that gap by assisting engineers to come out of retirement, from having had similar careers, and to hone their abilities by adding Cyber Security to their skill sets. We provide previously experienced software engineers to employers, who have high passing grades from their recent cyber security training, the majority of whom are already experienced in one aspect or another of the Health Care industry.
