Experience Yoga offers Group yoga classes in Milton, VT in a clean, professional studio with all the props needed  to meet each students unique needs. Class size is limited to insure comfort, safety and personalized attention. All levels are welcome. Classes always include centering, warm up, yoga breathing, yoga postures, cool down and integration. 

Experience Yoga combines the knowledge and skills of Physical Therapy education, professional yoga therapy, iRest Yoga Nidra, mindfulness training, and advanced yoga training to offer students a safe, effective, holistic practice to meet individual needs in a safe, fun and nurturing environment.

Private yoga therapy sessions are offered for individuals. Custom designed classes are available for couples, friends and small groups. Experience Yoga offers women's retreats, and community, corporate and Military workshops for yoga, wellness, stress management, and mindfulness.  

Experience Yoga offers Reiki treatments and training classes. Reiki treatment and practice promotes relaxation, healing, happiness  and well-being.  

A private yoga therapy session allows problems and concerns to be addressed personally and appropriately, and can then followed by or augmented with working in a group class.  Private sessions are a nice way to begin, support or advance your own personal practice.   A group class is fun and  beneficial while still offering professional supervision and the availability of skillful guidance and support. Joining a yoga Sangha brings great joy!.    

Experience Yoga offers specialty classes such as restorative classes, partner yoga, and iRest Yoga Nidra. These classes may be one session or a limited series. A class can also be custom designed to meet the goals and needs of your group.
