Expert Water Removal and Restoration is a full service general contractor specializing in 24 hour emergency water, mold, and fire cleanup and reconstruction company servicing southwest Florida from Tampa Bay to Naples.

We provide three special services that help us meet the needs of our customers:

1.  Project Transparency: Through the use of our software program, our customers can see our proposals, estimates, technician notes, photographs and all other project information. They have access to the files 24/7 and 365. 

2.  Dedicated Customer Care Coordinator: Our fulltime employee receives calls, dispatches technicians, sets up job files, sends emails with links to the project files and sends all information needed to process the claims. Daily client calls assure that all concerns are addressed before they become problems.

3.  Customer Service Advocates: We use a 10 question survey at the end of each project to assure customer satisfaction. These surveys are used as part of our employee evaluation process.
