For more than 20 years I have worked in Entrepreneurial driven tourism and travel business environments. Some more successful than others, with adequate capitalization being a key factor. 
To survive in these volatile economic times, organizations, teams, and individuals must keep performing at the top of their game. They must successfully navigate stress, recover quickly and efficiently from challenges or setbacks, and continually redirect energy and resources into actions that achieve results. In a word, they must be resilient. At ECL we have successfully launched a number of cruise and tour operations using these principles.
