From two founders and a garage, we have grown into a strong international team of more than 400 people since 2007 without a cent from investors, but with all the more sweat and passion. We currently employ staff members from 29 different countries at our locations in Germany, Poland and China. But even as we have become a medium-sized company, we have remained a start-up in our hearts and continue to engage as an open, creative family in our day-to-day work.
