F4S is a Cambridge-based charity active in primary and secondary education, regulated by the UK Charities Commission. Founded in 2015 by serial entrepreneurs, it leverages private-sector involvement and AI-informed approaches to support teachers, students, small businesses, and charities. Its core activity is skilled volunteering programs that enable corporate employees to mentor learners in a flexible, scalable way through one-on-one or small-group interactions. Volunteers from companies of various sizes participate globally, sharing knowledge and expertise with beneficiaries. To date, the organization has facilitated over 2 million encounters and supported about 2,000 teachers, 5,000 small businesses, and 700,000 students. In February 2026, F4S attended the Harris Maths Conference as part of its ongoing partnership with the trust.
