Facsa is a private Spanish company that manages water resources across the full lifecycle, from supply to wastewater treatment. Based in Castellón de la Plana in the Valencian Community, the business traces its roots to 1873. Its activities extend to related areas such as bioenergy, waste valorization, and sustainable infrastructure projects. In the national context, it is a long-standing player in integrated water resources management. The company operates eight regional delegations and has a presence across 15 autonomous communities, running more than 200 wastewater treatment plants that serve a population equivalent of about 2.35 million, while supplying drinking water daily to around 2 million residents in over 300 municipalities. In May 2026, Facsa launched a redesigned website to present its activities and its approach to addressing water, sustainability, and resource management challenges.
