The data collection modes employed in our quantitative studies include telephone interviews, self-administered (online, mail, and fax) surveys, field research, and IDIs/personal interviews. We employ multi-mode, multi-stage techniques for complicated studies. Fact Finders maintains, in addition to our professional research staff, a permanent staff of skilled interviewers who use our Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system to complete interviews for our research. Fact Finders provides a full spectrum of analytic capabilities, including descriptive evaluations, multivariate analysis, and statistical modeling.
