Faith Farm Ministries is a religious institution operating a faith-based residential recovery program for men and women, offering a nine- to twelve-month curriculum with on-site housing, meals, clothing, life-skills training, counseling, and spiritual renewal. The program emphasizes personal transformation beyond sobriety, combining work therapy and micro-enterprise activities to fund the free program for participants while providing college credits for the recovery curriculum, and it maintains a capacity across multiple Florida locations in Ft. Lauderdale, Boynton Beach, and Okeechobee. Founded in 1951 and based in south Florida, the organization attracts participants from across the United States and internationally, positioning itself as a national model in the field of recovery services within the religious institutions sector. The organization describes itself as inclusive of all faiths and backgrounds and notes the Comprehensive Work Training Institute as a core component of its approach, aiming to develop employment-ready skills and self-sufficiency through a combination of education, work experience, and entrepreneurship. A notable development in its recent leadership history is the appointment of Rev. Michael G. Brown as CEO in September 2018.
