Falcon Farms Inc. is a farming company based in Doral, Florida, founded in 1987 as a distributor for Colombian and Ecuadorian flower growers. By the 1990s, it had established its own farms in Colombia and later in Ecuador, enabling a fully integrated approach to producing, marketing, and distributing flowers to major markets from farm to retail. The company has pursued growth through additional farm acquisitions and new facilities to sustain its competitive position.

It expanded its distribution capabilities with the 2001 acquisition of Petals Distributing and opened Pacifica Farms on the West Coast in 2003 to service that market. From the mid-2000s onward, Falcon Farms shifted emphasis from land expansion to improving productivity and consistency across operations, with all farms certified to Rainforest, BASC, and C-TPAT standards as part of a long-term sustainable model.
